• Permit Acquisition Data: Passport copies required by the Uganda Wildlife Authority (UWA) or Rwanda Development Board (RDB) for official gorilla and chimpanzee permit issuance.
• Payment Information: Bank transfer details or secure credit card transaction tokens (we do not store full raw credit card numbers on our local servers).

• Purchasing official UWA / RDB gorilla, chimpanzee, and national park entry permits under your legal passport identity.
• Booking accommodations at vetted luxury lodges and permanent tented camps.
• Arranging domestic scheduled or charter bush flights (e.g., Aerolink Uganda, Bar Aviation, Coastal Aviation).
• Providing personalized customer support, pre-departure briefing materials, and on-ground logistics.
• Enrolling you in the AMREF Flying Doctors emergency medical evacuation scheme if included in your safari package.
